001.JPGHello, and welcome to the new aids and africa blog. My name is Kwame Kuadey and I will be the main writer for this blog. In addition, I am responsible for all the material you see on aidsandafrica.com. As you can see, i have redesigned the site and I hope to have the entire site functional soon.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the regular visitors to aidsandafrica.com for your patience and support as I went through the redesign process. And to all the new visitors, welcome! I hope you come back soon to see the new and improved site.

It’s been 8 years since I launched aidsandafrica.com and I am very excited about the future of the site as I reposition the mission of the site to focus more on working with HIV/AIDS organizations in Africa to expand the reach of care for HIV/AIDS patients. In addition, I am committed to staying true to the original mission of the site, which is to educate readers about the HIV/AIDS crisis in Africa and to encourage you to take action.

I will talk more later about the new site and the additional content to be added, including what this blog is about. In the meantime, I will be working hard to get the site ready.

Again, thank you for your visit and support and hope you come back soon to see the new and improved site.
